Qualification: CA Inter Completed / CA Final Pursuing

Job Purpose

To support the finance and accounting function by ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations and timely MIS while assisting in maintaining effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
Support preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required documents/data.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and prepare ageing reports.
Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis and cost monitoring.
Support internal control and audit-related activities.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
Assist in maintaining and improving SOPs and financial controls.
Coordinate with other departments for finance-related requirements.
Perform any other finance and accounting activities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile
CA Inter completed and CA Final pursuing.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Experience in MIS, reconciliation and audit coordination.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in ERP/SAP/Tally will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are committed to completing CA Final will be preferred.
