Overview of the Role

As an FPGA Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and delivering advanced FPGA-based solutions . We need minimum 8+ years of experienece in FPGA .

Detailed Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of FPGA solutions, from concept through to production.
Architect and review RTL designs, ensuring robust and effective hardware implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and systems engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
Oversee verification and validation of FPGA designs, utilizing simulation and hardware testing methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.
Interface with clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FPGA development processes and best practices.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and participate in design reviews.

Skill Requirements




Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in FPGA development and RTL design (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog).
Solid expertise in FPGA architecture, synthesis, timing analysis, and optimization.
Proficient with leading FPGA toolchains (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, ModelSim).
Experience in board-level debugging and hardware bring-up.
Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and large-scale projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Other Requirements (Optional)
Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet) is a robust plus.
Familiarity with embedded systems and SoC integration.
Previous experience in client-facing roles and project management.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Xilinx Certified Engineer) are advantageous.
