Job Description

We are hiring German-speaking candidates with B2-level proficiency for an International Sales Process. The role involves interacting with customers in German, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant products/services, and converting customer interactions into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions in German language.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Generate sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Identify sales opportunities and effectively pitch products/services.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain excellent customer experience while meeting sales KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile





Candidate Requirements
German B2 proficiency is mandatory.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in German.
Basic to valuable English communication skills.
Sales/customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a 6-day working environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
