We are looking for an experienced Vertical Head – International Sales to lead and grow the global business for Agriculture and Construction Equipment customers.
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing international markets, acquiring global OEM/Tier-1 customers, building distributor/channel networks, driving profitable revenue growth, and establishing the company as a preferred global supplier of engineered components and systems.

- Develop and execute the global sales strategy for Agriculture & Construction Equipment.
Identify current countries, customers, applications and business opportunities.
Build a solid international sales pipeline and long-term growth plan.
Drive market-entry strategies for North America, Europe, LATAM, Middle East, Africa and ASEAN.
- 2. Global OEM & Customer Development
- Develop relationships with global OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors and strategic customers.
