Role & responsibilities :
Teach and support children with special educational needs.
Take overall responsibility for children during the assigned shift.
Plan and conduct activities based on individual developmental needs.
Monitor childrens learning, behavior, and overall development.
Maintain individual developmental records and progress reports.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Senior.
Prepare weekly work plans and activities for the upcoming week.
Track individual goals and developmental milestones.
Coordinate with seniors, and other team members.
Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and active participation.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality.
Implement feedback and recommendations provided by the Senior.
