Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Regional Store Trainer to support the learning and development of Zudio store employees across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The role involves conducting onboarding programs, product and process trainings, and ensuring consistent training delivery across stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and functional training programs for recent store employees.
Deliver regular training sessions on store operations, customer service, sales processes, and company standards.
Visit stores across Tamil Nadu and Kerala to assess training needs and drive capability development.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and store visits.
Work closely with Store Managers and Regional Teams to identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.




Ensure training records, attendance, and reports are maintained accurately.
Support the rollout of recent processes, SOPs, and business initiatives through effective training.

Candidate Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Retail Operations, or a similar role.
Prior experience in retail training will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Tamil and Malayalam (written and spoken).
Comfortable with extensive travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and other South Indian locations as required.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence store teams.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Industry:

Retail, Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, QSR, or Consumer-facing businesses.
