Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, operators, drivers and workers.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and site requirements.
Monitor manpower, machinery and material availability at the site.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure proper quality and safety standards are followed.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Management Team.
Monitor proper utilization of machines and equipment.
Identify and resolve routine site-level issues and report major issues to senior management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.




Experience in site supervision and manpower management.
Good knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
Ability to coordinate with workers, operators and subcontractors.
Basic knowledge of daily progress reporting and site documentation.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
