Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze Cards domain processes, identify automation and improvement opportunities, prepare functional specifications and user stories, work with technical teams for implementation, support product testing (UAT/SIT), ensure alignment with BIAN principles, oversee billing and card lifecycle processes, and drive continuous process enhancement using SDLC and STLC methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experienced Technical Business Analyst with 515 years of experience in the Cards / Banking / Payments domain, robust understanding of BIAN principles, billing & cycling processes, and end-to-end SDLC. Exposure to API / Microservices and automation (RPA) preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead or work independently in a agile setting.
