Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and outcomes throughout all phases of delivery. • Stakeholder & Executive Management: Drive alignment among diverse client and internal leadership teams with clear communication and influencing skills. • Methodology Leadership: Apply and tailor Waterfall and Agile delivery models; ensure disciplined adherence to ceremonies and governance. • Deal & Commercial Management: Shape, estimate, plan, and lead large complex deals; develop SOWs and secure required approvals. • Risk, Issue & Change Control: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks proactively; maintain robust escalation and change control mechanisms. • Financial Management: Own budgets, forecasts, profitability, and value realization; track actuals vs. plan with financial rigor. • Reporting & Governance: Define KPIs, publish executive-ready reporting, and maintain transparent dashboards for clients and leadership. • Cross-Domain Delivery: Ramp quickly on current business and technology domains; drive accountability and ownership regardless of domain complexity. • Team Leadership & Maturity Uplift:



Mentor PMs/PMO teams; embed best practices and contribute to elevating delivery maturity.

Preferred candidate profile

PMP certification (mandatory). • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on project/program management in professional services or consulting. • Solid experience managing large Waterfall-driven programs; Agile is complementary but not primary. • Proven success in leading large, complex deals with strong customer satisfaction and value outcomes. • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and decision-defensibility using data. • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology; Master’s (MBA/Engineering Management) preferred. • Experience must demonstrate true ownership (not support roles). • Architect-level PMs must have hands-on design/architecture experience; cloud PMs must have hands-on architecture management (cloud migration-only roles do not qualify). • Solid communication skills for globally distributed teams. • Stable career trajectory without excessive job changes or long breaks.
