Coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
Prepare daily site progress reports.
Monitor work against project schedule.
Identify delays and take corrective action.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and MEP contractors.
Quality & Safety
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct necessary inspections before proceeding with critical activities.
Ensure proper cover blocks, reinforcement, concrete practices and curing.
Maintain site safety and housekeeping.
Measurements & Commercial Control
Check quantities executed by contractors.
Verify contractor measurements before submission for billing.
Monitor wastage and unnecessary material consumption.
Assist in material planning and site requirements.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of RCC construction.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Positive understanding of construction sequence.
Contractor and labour management skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Ability to identify construction problems and provide practical solutions.
Good knowledge of residential apartment construction
