Role & Responsibilities
Develop high-performance backend components using Java 8+ features.
Implement asynchronous programming using Completable Futures, Executor Services, and multithreading concepts.
Build secure and reactive microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Security, and WebFlux.
Work with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases for scalable and resilient data solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, reviews, and best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on coding expertise in Java & microservices.
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and reactive concepts.
Experience with API development, REST services, and integration.
Robust debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and ability to work with global teams.
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
