Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities and potential customers.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with customers until order closure.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payments, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
Manage social media and other digital marketing activities, where required.




Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits, if required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good command of English, Hindi, and/or Marathi preferred.
