Vendor development
Identification of Recent suppliers
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high- quality products.
Select current vendors based on factors such as quality, reliability, pricing and location.
Robust understanding of rate finalization, supplier selection, vendor development, vendor negotiation and vendor selection processes.
Registration process as per Purchase manual.
Re-evaluation as per Purchase manual.
Improve supplier selection criteria.
Regular visit and communication to supplier.
Standardization of Products.
Purchase:
Initiate trial orders for recent vendors.
Negotiate prices
Follow up for deliveries for minimum 3 quotes & timely Delivery to Stores.
