Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, Fintech and Insurance clients.
Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, location, CTC, notice period and role suitability.
Conduct initial candidate calls and explain the job profile, company and prospect.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate CTC and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database for BFSI roles.
