Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets through agency channel, direct channel, and banca sales.
Build robust relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months to 4 years in sales ( Front line sales experience preferred)
Robust understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
Any graduate
