Role & responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from order receipt to final delivery.
Review customer requirements, purchase orders, schedules, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, PPC, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Monitor production plans, material availability, WIP, FG, and dispatch schedules.
Track project QCD Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance and highlight deviations.
Follow up on material shortages, production delays, quality issues, and project risks.
Maintain ERP/MRP data, project trackers, MIS reports, and required documentation.
Communicate project status, delivery updates, and delays to customers and internal stakeholders.
Support customer complaints, returns, change management, and corrective actions.
Monitor project costs, product profitability,



and cost-reduction initiatives.
Conduct regular project reviews and follow up on action items until closure.
Identify prospects for process improvement, VA/VE, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Operations, Management or related field.
Experience: Freshers / 01 Year
Basic understanding of Project Management & Operations.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MRP and documentation.
Robust communication, coordination and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work with cross-functional teams.
