Role & responsibilities
Knowledge of wiring harness assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time effectively.
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
Monitoring production progress, addressing any issues, and ensuring targets are met. Preferred candidate profile
