What we’re looking for
5+ years in B2B Inside Sales / Business Development
Strong experience in the Indian enterprise market
IT Services / IT Product / SaaS sales experience
Experience managing SDR / BDR / Inside Sales teams
Strong outbound sales & pipeline-generation expertise
Experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, IT Heads & Business Leaders
Hands-on expertise in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
Robust CRM and pipeline-management discipline
Ability to position technology solutions around business outcomes
Alongside individual sales contribution, you’ll also:
Build and manage the inside sales team
Hire, onboard and coach sales resources
Create prospecting & outreach playbooks
Define activity, meeting and pipeline KPIs
Improve conversion across the sales funnel
Build scalable sales processes and enablement material
