Role & responsibilities
Analyze and document current claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
Support process harmonization and future-state solution design discussions.
Capture business requirements, process flows, dependencies, and open topics.
Coordinate with business users, process owners, consultants, and IT teams.
Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and business validation.
Contribute to documentation, training inputs, and process readiness material.
Experience in claims, returns, reverse logistics, warranty, or aftersales logistics processes.
Understanding of SAP ERP business processes in logistics or service operations.
Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and testing support.
Robust stakeholder management, structured thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Business Analyst / Process Designer background in an ERP transformation workplace.
Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Structured documentation approach with focus on clarity, ownership, and business validation.
