Key Responsibilities:

• Verification of day to day transactions of all projects maintained in Tally / ERP and recording in EXCEL.

• Bank transactions and maintenance of branch cash book

Core Functions of MIS

• Data Collection: Gathers raw data from internal and external business sources like sales, inventory, and production numbers.

• Data Processing: Organizes, filters, and calculates raw data into meaningful and structured reports.

• Information Distribution: Delivers reports, dashboards, and metrics to the right managers at scheduled intervals or on demand.

• Decision Support: Provides tactical insights that help middle and upper management evaluate performance and solve problems.

• MIS Reports:

• Scheduled Reports: Generated at fixed regular intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly)



to monitor routine activities like payroll or inventory.

• Demand Reports: Created immediately upon a manager's specific request for close-to-real-time data.

• Exception Reports: Highlight unexpected or abnormal conditions, such as sudden spikes in production costs or severe inventory shortages.

• To report to Senior Manager- Finance & Compliance.

Typical Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in finance, accounting and MIS,

• Qualifications: Qualified degree in Commerce/ ICWA

• Skills: Deep expertise in Tally, Excel, ERP systems, and others Power Point
