Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from UK customers regarding telecom and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to broadband, connectivity, devices, and services.
Provide clear and skilled technical assistance to customers.
Follow troubleshooting procedures and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet process quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Option 1 – Graduate Freshers
Graduate fresher with a technical degree.
Eligible qualifications include BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Sc IT, or other relevant technical degrees.
Excellent communication skills are required.

Option 2 – HSC + Experience
HSC/12th pass candidates with a minimum of 6 months of technical support experience.
Candidates should have good technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Salary





20,000 – 28,000 per month in-hand, depending on experience and interview performance.

Key Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling international/UK customers over voice.
Basic understanding of computers, networking, broadband, and technical troubleshooting.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
