Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
Provide effective food and beverage service as per company standards.
Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and resetting.
Follow grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
Work effectively as part of the F&B; Service team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants,



or F&B; Service are preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a solid service orientation.
Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
Ability to handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellent guest service are preferred.
