About This Role

HR Admin Executive Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end joining formalities for all current teachers (documentation, verification, ID creation, etc.).
Coordinate exit formalities for teachers including clearance, handover, and final documentation.
Handle complete joining and exit process for all employees (administrative, ancillary, support staff).
Ensure all statutory and organizational requirements are completed on time.
Plan and conduct structured orientation programs for all recent joinees.
Organize and coordinate software / system training for teachers and staff.
Ensure all current employees are familiar with policies, processes, and tools.
Draft, issue, and maintain records of experience letters for teachers and staff as requested.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all employment-related letters.
Source and call candidates for open vacancies as per requirements.
Coordinate with college placement cells (Bandra Andheri belt) for campus visits and hiring drives.
Plan and support interview schedules and selection processes.




Track and update monthly attendance for peons, watchmen, drivers, and other ancillary staff.
Share attendance data with accounts/management for payroll processing.
Maintain and regularly update the birthday calendar for all teachers and staff.
Prepare and send birthday emailers to staff/teachers.
Send daily and month-end birthday reminders to the management team.
Maintain organized records of all HR documents related to teachers and staff.
Coordinate with management for any additional HR or administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities.
