Role Overview

Responsible for driving Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and adoption, with a focus on secure data practices, business use cases, user enablement, and enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and remediate data oversharing and SharePoint permission sprawl .
Implement Microsoft Purview sensitivity labeling and data governance .
Support Restricted SharePoint Search and SharePoint site access reviews.
Identify and prioritize Microsoft 365 Copilot business use cases .
Develop and manage a Copilot Champions Program .
Conduct user training, workshops, and enablement sessions .
Develop adoption communications and user guidance.
Track Copilot adoption, engagement, feedback,



and business outcomes .

Required Skills
Robust experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Purview .
Hands-on experience with SharePoint permissions, governance, sensitivity labels, and information protection .
Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and readiness .
Experience with Restricted SharePoint Search and site access reviews .
Solid stakeholder management, communication, training, and change-management skills.
