Role & Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through field marketing, referrals, social media, and online platforms.
Meet potential residential and commercial clients for interior design and renovation projects.
Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the design team.
Present company profile, services, and project portfolio to clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Maintain daily sales reports, lead tracker, and client database.
Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth client onboarding.
Visit project sites whenever required for client meetings and marketing activities.
Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Target Incentites upto 30K.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce,



or any relevant field.
14 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Real Estate, Furniture, or Construction industry.
Solid communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Confident personality with valuable presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media is an added advantage.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Ahmedabad.
Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate.
