Role & responsibilities
To Obtain recent Advance /EPCG Licenses as per requisition received from purchase dept, to prepare internal working, fill up statutory Forms required by authority, to do online data entry on DGFT/Custom websites
To Control/Monitor export under Licence and guide team
To Close Advance/EPCG Licenses by preparing various tables & statutory formats as defined under Foreign Trade Policy
To Prepare and submit documents required for EOP Extension. Application to PRC, to Norms Committee, response to Deficiency/Query raised by authority.
To Obtain export incentive scrip namely RoDTEP/DBK by complying activities mention at point 1.
To obtain other Export incentives and subsidies available under export policy sya for e.g MAI from Council like Pharmaxcil, FIEO etc.
To Prepare & submit Monthly MIS on Licence & Incentive




To Prepare & submit documents to Custom Authority required for Registration of Licences, to issue NOC against Alert/Objection raised.
To do periodical Reconciliation on incentive (RoDTEP/DBK)
To Co-ordinate with CHA, Bank, EXIM Consultant, Internal stakeholders (Plant-Core Logi Team)/ External (CA,CE) for carrying out above activities.
To Visit Govt Agencies, Jt. DGFT / Customs / Bank as and when required & necessary in order resolve issue and/or completion of work speedily
To Prepare&maintain; records for organization(Set of hard copies/Soft data)
To Undertake any other assignment as & when assigned by management
