Drive growth of potential customers and clients for branches across PAN India.
Handle outgoing and incoming calls and emails for sales, registration support, and enquiry resolution.
Coordinate with prospects and existing clients via WhatsApp for quick communication and follow-ups.
Manage day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth operations.
Update CRM software daily with call logs, follow-up details, lead status, and activity notes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with recent and existing students to support retention and referrals.
Plan, coordinate, and manage relevant workshops and events to support business growth and engagement.
