Role Purpose
Drive Agile governance, sprint execution, SLA tracking, reporting and delivery discipline across enhancement and application support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, reviews and retrospectives.
Maintain sprint backlog and delivery metrics.
Coordinate dependencies across application teams.
Track SLA and delivery commitments.
Identify and remove delivery impediments.
Prepare governance and management reports.
Coordinate release planning.
Track action items and risks.
Promote Agile/DevOps practices.
Ensure transparent delivery reporting to Engagement Manager and customer.
