We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as agreements, NDAs, and contracts
Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and healthcare laws
Support compliance activities, including maintaining statutory records and filings
Assist in litigation tracking and coordination with external counsel
Review and organize legal documentation and databases
Help in policy drafting and internal legal advisory support.
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA LLB
Solid understanding of corporate and commercial laws
