About the Role-

Bindwel is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Machines & Strategic Sales to lead and grow our machines business across [North/South/East/West] India. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to run a region like their own business — not just carry a number.

If you've sold capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineered products into manufacturing, packaging, or process industries, and you're ready to own strategic accounts and build a region from the ground up, this is built for you.

What You'll Own-
Full P&L; accountability for Machines & Strategic Sales in your assigned region
Building and growing key/strategic accounts, not just transactional sales
Working hand-in-hand with Regional & Zonal Sales, Service, Application/Technical teams, Business Heads, and Marketing/Product — you'll be the connective tissue that turns technical capability into closed business
Representing Bindwel on the ground — customer visits, trade shows, technical demonstrations, and relationship-building across your territory
Feeding market and customer intelligence back into product and business strategy

What We're Looking For-




6–12+ years in B2B sales of capital equipment / industrial machinery / engineered products (bookbinding, printing, packaging machinery, or allied manufacturing sectors preferred but not mandatory)
A track record of closing large-ticket, technically complex deals, not just running a pipeline
Comfort working cross-functionally with technical/application teams to solve customer problems, not just relay specs
Willingness and enthusiasm for extensive regional travel — this is a field-first role
Engineering background (Mechanical/Production preferred) is a robust plus, but proven sales results matter more than the degree
