Application and batch monitoring to ensure system stability and performance.
Troubleshooting production failures and providing timely resolutions.
Writing and executing Splunk queries; creating and maintaining dashboards.
Working with APM tools for performance monitoring and issue detection.
Supporting production deployments including Blue-Green and Canary strategies.
Managing Cloud Operations and infrastructure monitoring.
Performing system administration tasks in Linux settings.
Writing and executing Shell commands and Python scripts for automation.
Ensuring adherence to SLIs/SLOs for system reliability and performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system resilience and efficiency
