Responsibilities
Planning, executing, managing and supervising end-to-end events and workshops across all Ajivasan Music Academy branches in Mumbai.
Coordinating logistics and promotional activities for events in Bengaluru.
Calling and following up with registered and interested clients/students to maximize enrollments and ticket sales.
Ideating and curating events and workshops for both existing students and external participants.
Tracking, following up, and maintaining a detailed financial database (expenses and revenues) for all events and activations.
Planning promotions and marketing strategies for each event and activation.
Pre-planning events at least one month in advance in alignment with the yearly activity calendar.
Ensuring each event and activation is executed in a highly qualified manner.




Driving robust reach for events and supervising pre- and post-event content creation for promotional and showcase purposes.
Managing calls and enrollments for all Academy-related events and activities.
