Role & responsibilities

1.Manage day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.

2.Manage Profit & Loss (P&L;), expenses, sales collections, and operational costs.

3.Plan and ensure adequate manpower availability as per the roster.

4.Handle recruitment, employee training, attendance, attrition, and performance in coordination with HR.

5.Manage inventory, stock levels, stock indenting, inward, returns, and inventory accuracy.

6.Ensure GRN, stacking, FIFO, cycle counts, and monthly wall-to-wall inventory are completed on time.

7.Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies, negative inventory, damages, expiry, RTV/PRN, and undelivered items.

8.Ensure on-time picking, order handover, and last-mile delivery.

9.Monitor FV/QC, product availability, shelf arrangement, location changes, and planogram compliance.

10.Manage transport and logistics, including inter-DC and long-tail supply.

11.Manage fixed and movable assets, including MCIP assets.





12.Coordinate security and housekeeping activities.

13.Ensure proper maintenance of mandatory registers, records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.

14.Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational priorities to executives and associates.

15.Ensure 100% process and SOP adherence across stores.

16.Monitor workplace safety and hygiene standards.

17.Identify operational gaps and initiate projects and process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.

18.Ensure all required inventory reports and approvals are shared with the central HO team on time.

Preferred candidate profile

Male Candidates are Preferred

Solid knowledge of retail/store and inventory management.
Experience managing multiple stores and large teams.
Good understanding of FMCG/retail operations and process-driven settings.
