Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, client management and business development skills. Experience in the building materials / construction industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects in the assigned territory.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, references and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors and clients.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects and builders.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
Manage existing clients and develop long-term relationships.
Track sales pipeline, leads and business development activities.




Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
34+ years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience.
Experience in building materials, construction, interiors or related industries will be an advantage.
Robust client management and relationship-building skills.
Experience in dealing with architects, builders and contractors preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales/business development.

Salary

30,000 – 1,50,000 per month, based on experience, industry exposure, skills and candidate profile.
