We have an immediate opening for Production Support professionals to join our team at Mphasis.
This role requires 24x7 production support with rotational shifts and an in-office work model.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 application and production support for enterprise systems.
Perform incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
Monitor system performance and resolve production issues quickly.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare necessary documentation.
Handle deployments, configuration changes, and workplace maintenance.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to service improvement plans.
Technical Skills Required:
Solid hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux settings.
Experience with AutoSys, Control-M, Splunk, and related monitoring tools.
Familiarity with application servers (WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss).
Knowledge of ETL processes and incident management tools like ServiceNow / JIRA.
