Configure Oracle EBS OTL components including:
Configure and maintain EBS OTL preferences, earning policies, and assignment rules.
Design and support integrations between EBS OTL, Core HR, Payroll, Projects, and third-party systems.
Exposure to global payroll and labor compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS Projects Costing and Labor Distribution.
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
ITIL support process experience.
