Role & responsibilities
Basic knowledge of Auto cad / UG Software. & Mold design review knowledge
Positive knowledge of Mold manufacturing standards preparation.
Positive knowledge of Mold Documentation work.
Root cause analysis and problem solving in Major Mold issue & implement corrective actions.
Review vendor progress, maintain project records, and provide regular updates to the project
Team.
Attend injection mold breakdowns and support repairs
Monitor vendor mold maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair schedule
Follow up with vendors for mold spare parts, maintenance schedules, and service support.
Maintain vendor communication records.
Conduct regular vendor visits to check mold maintenance quality, process adherence, and Mold status
