Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, application monitoring, automation, incident management, and system reliability. This role requires hands-on expertise in Splunk, Shell Scripting, Linux settings, and troubleshooting production issues while collaborating with development and operations teams to improve system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk and other monitoring tools.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
Analyze application logs, system logs, and performance metrics to identify issues proactively.
Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and availability.




Participate in on-call support and incident response activities.
Manage deployments, configuration changes, and release support activities.
Create and maintain operational runbooks, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production stability.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
Solid experience in Production Support/SRE environments.
Hands-on experience with Splunk (log analysis, dashboards, alerts, SPL queries).
Solid Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell) experience.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.
Understanding of application architecture and distributed systems.
Experience troubleshooting application, middleware, and infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Working knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP).
