Immediate Joiner Hiring |Technical Support Engineer | Night Shift | Ahmedabad Candidates Preferred | Remote

Office Visit: Twice a week for 1 to 2 hours during daytime (Mandatory)
Support Region: US Clients (Night Shift)
Experience: 3 to 4 Years

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer who can work across software operations, system troubleshooting, networking, and remote technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to international customers and partners in a timely and skilled manner.
Troubleshoot software, application, connectivity, and device-related issues.
Manage software configurations, deployments, and version control processes.
Monitor system and application performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Conduct remote onboarding and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Perform log analysis, debugging,



and structured fault diagnosis for reported issues.

Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Linux and Android settings.
Positive understanding of networking concepts, remote troubleshooting, and software support workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with international customers and internal technical teams.

Important: This is primarily a remote position; however, the selected candidate must be available to visit our Ahmedabad office once a week during daytime hours for approximately 12 hours as required.
