Responsible for Group Financial Consolidation, including consolidation of financial statements of domestic and foreign subsidiaries, associates, and other group entities.
Handle consolidation of foreign companies, including review of financial information, foreign currency translation, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation adjustments in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare and review Standalone Financial Statements in compliance with applicable Ind AS / Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the preparation and finalization of Annual Reports, including financial statements, notes to accounts, management disclosures, and other statutory/regulatory reporting requirements.




Prepare and review SEBI-compliant quarterly financial results for listed companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to stock exchanges.
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Secretarial teams, Finance teams, and other stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, Stock Exchange, and other applicable regulatory requirements relating to financial reporting and disclosures.
Review financial data and disclosures to ensure consistency between quarterly results, annual financial statements, and Annual Reports.
