Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise crane & elevator service team and field technicians.
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Diagnose technical issues and coordinate troubleshooting.
Ensure proper installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance.
Maintain service reports, job cards and spare parts requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with customers, service engineers and internal departments.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
36 years of experience in crane, elevator or industrial equipment service.
Valuable knowledge of EOT cranes/elevators, electrical & mechanical systems.
Solid team handling, communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
