The SCM Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end management and coordination of Supply Chain activities, covering procurement, material planning, international and domestic sourcing, inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and timely supply of materials to production.
The role will initially focus on managing the procurement and supply of BOM materials from China and other international suppliers, followed by the development and implementation of local sourcing in India.
The position will play a key role during the factory setup and ramp-up phase, requiring a hands-on approach to establishing SCM processes, systems, suppliers, logistics arrangements, warehouse operations, and inventory controls. As operations stabilize, the incumbent will lead and supervise a small team covering purchasing, warehouse, and logistics activities.
