Role & responsibilities :
Incoming Quality & inspection & testing
Sub-Supplier handling
Ensure compliance to customer requirements at supplier end
Process Audit & Product Audit at supplier end
Ensure defect free supply from supplier end.
Measurements of BOC parts.
Communication with the supplier for quality issues & receipt of action plan from the supplier end.
Knowledge of APQP, MSA, SPC, PAP.
Supplier quality development and improvement.
Supplier audit knowledge
