About the Role
We are looking for a Business Executive – Monetization to drive revenue by acquiring brands and executing advertising/BTL campaigns across residential societies.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire current brands and generate sales leads.
Manage client relationships and drive repeat business.
Understand client briefs and plan society-level campaigns.
Execute on-ground activities such as banners, lift frames, standees and D2D sampling.
Coordinate with vendors,
promoters and society management.
Obtain required society permissions and ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular society visits to identify recent business opportunities.
Ensure campaign quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Advertising or BTL/Activations.
Solid communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and execution-focused.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
Society marketing/advertising experience is an advantage.
