We are looking for a detail-oriented Independent Quality Management (IQM) professional to ensure quality standards across digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks and audits of digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate Google, YouTube, and Facebook Ads campaigns for quality and compliance.
Identify errors, quality gaps, and areas for improvement.
Ensure campaigns meet defined quality standards and client requirements.
Review campaign setup, ad content, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Maintain quality reports and documentation of audit findings.
Provide transparent feedback and recommendations to improve campaign quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Support continuous improvement of quality processes and campaign performance.
Use quality evaluation and reporting tools such as EWOQ, QASA, Q+, and related platforms.
Meet defined quality, accuracy, productivity,



and SLA targets.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.
Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify errors and provide actionable feedback.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of EWOQ, QASA, Q+ or similar quality tools is an advantage.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Quality Management, Digital Marketing, Ads Quality, Campaign Operations, or a related field. Freshers with relevant knowledge or certifications may also apply.
