We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development activities of SS Bakers Cake Factory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing recent markets and customers, managing the sales team, increasing institutional/corporate and retail business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The role should have a robust focus on bakery, cake, confectionery, FMCG, HoReCa, retail and B2B sales. Current bakery/FMCG sales roles commonly emphasize target achievement, distribution expansion, customer acquisition, field visits, distributor/customer management, collections, reporting and market intelligence.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 47 years in Sales/Business Development; bakery, FMCG, food, confectionery, HoReCa or related industry preferred.
Bakery/FMCG sales-manager roles in Mumbai commonly seek several years of industry and team-management experience.
