Civil Engineer Real Estate

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (negotiable based on interview & experience)

We are looking for a qualified and responsible civil engineer to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and workers, and monitoring project progress as per approved plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction and civil work at project sites.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and site workers.
Monitor daily progress and maintain site reports and records.
Check the quality and quantity of construction materials used at the site.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction-related issues.
Ensure proper execution of structural, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and other civil-related works.




Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Assist in estimating material requirements and controlling wastage.
Verify measurements and assist in preparing work-related documentation and bills.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
Report project progress, site issues, and requirements to management.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other technical teams whenever required.

Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience in real estate, construction, or site supervision will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of construction processes, drawings, measurements, and materials.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and work within deadlines.
Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

Salary: 25,000/month Final salary will depend on interview performance and relevant experience.
