Role & Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop effective SAP ERP GTS Customs Management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS systems.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP GTS solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Document and maintain detailed records of system configurations and modifications.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of SAP GTS systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation.
Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all GTS implementations.
Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements within the SAP GTS framework.
Coordinate with IT teams to manage system updates and upgrades effectively.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize the advantages of SAP GTS systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ERP GTS technologies.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
610 years of experience working with SAP ERP GTS, specifically Customs Management.
Skilled in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, testing, documentation, and training.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with SAP integration scenarios (MM, SD, FI modules) preferred.
Ability to lead process improvements and drive adoption of SAP GTS solutions.
