Role & responsibilities

Required Skills
1020 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, AI/ML, or technology strategy.
Robust experience in AI Strategy and Enterprise AI Transformation.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered applications.
Experience developing enterprise AI roadmaps and transformation strategies.
Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, Analytics, Automation, APIs, and contemporary enterprise technology.
Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps / LLMOps / AgentOps, model evaluation, observability, and productionization.
Solid understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI.
Excellent consulting, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven experience working with senior executives and global clients.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AI Operating Model and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) creation.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Databricks, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and orchestration technologies.




Understanding of MCP, tool calling, function calling, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
Experience with digital process transformation, intelligent automation, and business process re-engineering.
Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe, Agile, Design Thinking, or other transformation methodologies.
Experience in creating executive-level AI strategy presentations and business cases.
Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Architecture, Consulting, or Project Management are desirable.

Mentor consultants, architects, data scientists, and AI engineers.
Establish reusable AI transformation frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators.
Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution is an advantage.
