Role and Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and understand their clothing needs and preferences.
Assist customers in choosing suitable ethnic wear based on size, occasion, style, and budget.
Demonstrate products, explain fabric, fit, pricing, and available offers.
Meet individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays, shelves, trial-room coordination, and overall store presentation.
Support billing, stock checking, tagging, and basic inventory management.
Follow up with customers when required and help build repeat business.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Work closely with the store team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
03 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.




Good spoken Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
Presentable, confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
Interest in men’s fashion, ethnic wear, and styling.
Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS software, or computer operation is preferred.
Must be available to work during weekends, festivals, and busy retail periods.
